Kaleo Community Church is a community church not because we want to minister to a specific set of coordinates on a map but because we are called to create a God glorifying community of believes. The perfect community is reflected in the trinity. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit co exist eternally in love and fellowship. The Church is called to reflect the divine community in our relationships here on Earth.
Genesis 2:18 records the first time God looked down on creation and saw that something was not good. He said, "It is not good for man to be alone". God recognized that man needed to be with other people for accountability, a sense of belonging and ultimately to commit to someone and something outside of himself.
Belonging to a group of people is a scary proposition but it has powerful ramifications. Often times big ideas and God sized challenges are discussed in our worship service but community is the place to practice what was preached. These groups will help you grow because life change happens in small groups who pray for each other, learn form one another and ultimately love each other.
